Class Information

• Arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts.

• Gi classes require a BJJ Gi; No Gi classes require rash guard + shorts/spats.

• Muay Thai: athletic clothing, hand wraps, and a mouthguard.

• Women's self-defense is held on the first Saturday each month.

• Sunday Open Mat is available to everyone — no drop-in fee.
